One of the hottest trends is to mix prints. This is awesome, because you can be subtle or bold. In this board, I stayed in the same color but with different hues. I like the hint of lilac in the scarf for an accent. The coat is my wow of this look. It's juxtaposition with the top is gorge !! The skinny jeans balance the structure of the coat, while the boots keep it casual.
When mixing prints, go with a smaller print and a slightly larger one. Two large prints would be a mess, and two small prints would blend together , not haute. Play around with what your have in your closet, and see what you like. A check with a stripe , a floral with a ombre etc..
