I received a complimentary Rimmel Scandaleyes eye pencil in my Vox Box for me to review. I like the softer texture to this pencil, it goes on smooth. The rich pigment of the pencil is amazing !! This pencil doesn't move when wearing it all day. I like the matte finish. My make up tip is to line your inner upper eye rim. It makes your lashes look fuller. It really makes a dramatic look .
